How to begin? Figure out your target market, and more specific your target clients. Prioritize things… who’s the big account you’re going to want to touch every day? Who owns it? What’s the strategy? What accounts are your bread and butter and which are fast-turns?

The sooner you figure out your targets, the sooner you can get started developing materials and content and turn your staff loose!
