Todd Rumaner

More than three decades of entrepreneurial experience in the technology field has enabled various companies to launch and grow sales and marketing success in SaaS applications, consumer products, semiconductors, advanced imaging, web and physical and cyber security markets; on a global basis. This broad background across myriad industries, products, and services creates an environment for an experienced and very hands-on approach to client engagement and success. Combined with his experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, angel funding, and work through the IPO process helps to round out Todd’s management skill set.

Prior to DJM, Todd served in varying capacities at private and publicly traded companies, most recently with Pixim (acquired by Sony), and State (NASDAQ) based in Austin. Before State, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at ArcSoft, Inc. (Fremont, CA) where he helped grow the consumer imaging powerhouse from the two founding engineers to a market leader with 400 staff in commercial offices around the globe where the firm helped transform the film industry to a digital universe through the development of imaging and video applications for mobile phones, PC’s, Mac’s, and of course the internet. During his tenure, ArcSoft shipped millions of copies of various software products to the top brands including Eastman Kodak, Canon, Epson, HP, Sony, etc. At DJM, Todd’s focus is on client success and employee growth. These two goals, along with the various automation developments the agency is spearheading, are complementary and ultimately result in the company’s continued success year after year. “We treat every client differently, yet, we bring to the table a history of proven tactics and processes that are shown to be successful when applied in a custom manner to each individual client”.

DJM History

Deb Marlor founded DJM over 21 years ago performing appointment setting and quickly parlayed this success into partnering with Sun Microsystems to expand their channel program. Deb brought to DJM her tenacious sales abilities proven at Computer Associates and Extended Systems. She always is seeking a better way to assist clients in doing more with less.

Over the years DJM has prospered and has become an award-winning company. Deb now concentrates her efforts on strategically leading the business and driving new business development. Outside of work Deb loves to sail, golf and spend quality time with family and friends.
